Why the Fleur-de-lis?

The Fleur-de-lis (pronounced: floor de lee) is a symbol that is rich in cultural and spiritual heritage, “Fleur” meaning flower and “Lis” meaning lily.

The fleur-de-lis has been a symbol used to represent the Renaissance city of Florence (see the Ponte Vecchio bridge picture on our homepage).

It is a symbol that has been related to the Virgin Mary and a representation of the Holy Trinity.

It also speaks of rebirth and rejuvenation, which are two themes we heavily emphasize at Zannis Center for Plastic Surgery. We believe that when you walk through our doors, you’re truly going to leave as a more revitalized person.

A different stylized version of the Fleur-de-lis is the logo of our Rinnova Spa & Wellness Center.
